Basecamp is excited to welcome a Rooms Division Manager to our Revelstoke property. In this full-time position, you will collaborate with the Regional General Manager and lead the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams. Your mission will be to uphold our brand values, ensuring high service and operational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new team members
• Implement structured training programs to enhance service
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness standards
• Coordinate department workflows and manage guest services
• Analyze and respond to guest feedback proactively
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality
• Strong skills in guest service and communications
• Organized with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of operational software
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs
