Position: Overnight Cleaner at HI
Become an Overnight Cleaner at HI Vancouver Jericho Beach, a vibrant seasonal hostel near beautiful parkland. Enjoy a relaxed work environment while maintaining cleanliness and assisting travelers every night.

At HI Vancouver, you'll work 7.5-hour overnight shifts starting around 10 PM, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor. This role requires ensuring a pristine environment for guests, focusing on common areas like washrooms and hallways. You'll collaborate with the Night Auditor and your team, making it essential to communicate effectively while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nightly housekeeping tasks across hostel areas

• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, showers, and hallways

• Foster a safe atmosphere for guests overnight

• Communicate with supervisors and auditors efficiently

• Maintain high cleanliness standards through teamwork

Requirements:

• Comfortable with 6–7 hours of cleaning each night

• Team-oriented attitude with positive energy

• Ability to manage tasks independently when needed

• Pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Must pass background checks upon hiring
