Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt resolution of guest issues for optimum satisfaction

• Balance accounts and process guest ledgers accurately

• Generate and analyze management reports

• Maintain operational standards through system updates

• Supervise and support overnight team efforts

Requirements:

• Previous leadership in Front Office or Rooms Division

• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS like Opera

• Proven ability to guide and develop a team

• Flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays

• First Aid Certificate Level 2 is mandatory
