Join Hyatt Regency Vancouver as an Assistant Front Office Manager, committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Manage front office functions and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
This 18-month contract position requires oversight of Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Security.
Your role demands strong leadership, refined communication, and the ability to work independently and make quick decisions. Adapting to graveyard shifts will be vital in maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee general front office operations
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs promptly
• Address emergency situations with support from Engineering
• Assist with financial reporting and departmental goals
• Provide assistance to colleagues across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in hospitality
• Experience in Front Office or customer service is required
• Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera experience is a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
