As a Steward, you will be part of the Culinary Team, reporting to the Sous Chef. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness of food and beverage wares, managing garbage disposal, and ensuring floors are clean throughout events. This role involves working graveyard shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain food and beverage wares in hospitality areas
• Manage garbage disposal and floor cleaning during events
• Work during graveyard shifts as assigned
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Uphold company values of discipline, respect, and excellence
Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
• Must safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Operate industrial kitchen dishwashers safely
• Valid work permit required for non-residents
