Become a Front of House Attendant for Fright Nights! This part-time, seasonal role requires availability for evening shifts and offers a chance to provide stellar guest service in a thrilling environment.

Join the exciting Fright Nights team from September 18 to October 31 as a part-time Front of House Attendant. You will engage with guests, uphold safety protocols, and ensure an enjoyable experience throughout the haunted attractions. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, along with a passion for Halloween and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional guest service to all attendees

• Communicate attraction rules to visitors

• Monitor Haunted Attraction line ups effectively

• Track throughput numbers during peak times

• Maintain communication with Attraction Supervisor

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 11 by September 1, 2026

• Experience in guest/customer service preferred

• Knowledge of the Halloween industry a plus

• Ability to work in strobe light conditions

• Strong communication skills required
