The F&B Services Manager plays a vital role in the casino's operations, reporting to the F&B Manager. This leadership position involves oversight of the Centre Bar, Koi Noodle Bar, Sports book Lounge, and more. You’ll focus on customer service excellence, employee management, and financial performance in a 24/7 bustling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across venues
• Recruit, train, and supervise department staff effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial reporting
• Liaise with various teams for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in Gaming, Hospitality, or Resorts
• 1-2 years in a Leadership role, ideally in F&B
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing large teams and financial oversight
