• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in high-volume Food and Beverage management

• Experience in mixology and beverage pairing

• Strong management skills in a fast-paced setting

• Serving It Right certification required

• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems
