This hourly, events-based position within the Premium Service Department requires you to inspire and coach staff to provide outstanding service. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality. A commitment to learning and a passion for the hospitality industry are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct teams to maintain high hospitality standards
• Coach staff collaboratively with Rogers Arena team
• Execute various responsibilities as events dictate
Requirements:
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Dedication to attending all Vancouver Canucks home games
• Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Proficient communication and decision-making skills
