In this role, you will be responsible for delivering luggage, greeting guests, and providing insights into hotel amenities. A BC Class 5 driver's license is required to assist with guest transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver guest luggage and essential items
• Provide a warm greeting and personalized service
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Share information about local experiences and hotel features
• Uphold hotel security standards and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a guest-facing service role
• Must have a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Willingness to work flexible overnight hours
