As part of the Guest Operations team, you will report to the Director and be responsible for the management of check-in and check-out, alongside ensuring timely responses to guest inquiries. Your organized nature and problem-solving skills will enhance our service quality in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival
• Handle check-in/check-out and payment procedures efficiently
• Address inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Keep accurate guest information records
• Collaborate with staff to fulfill special requests and needs
Requirements:
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma
• Experience in hotel environments, especially boutique, preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
