The Rooms Division Manager supports the Regional General Manager in overseeing Basecamp Resorts and North winds. You will enhance guest satisfaction by managing Housekeeping and Guest Services, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard high-potential candidates
• Oversee daily operations and team adherence to SOPs
• Conduct inspections and manage room readiness timelines

• Follow up on guest feedback for service recovery
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
