This position requires at least three years in hospitality or customer service and a collaborative spirit to support diverse reservation needs. Utilize your expert knowledge to promote hotel services and build lasting relationships with guests and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee guest reservations and property management systems
• Respond to phone and email booking requests promptly
• Provide precise information about hotel services and rates
• Monitor group reservations and assist with coordination
• Resolve any reservation issues with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher education
• 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality
• Strong communication under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends
