The Suite Attendant position focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in luxury suites during events. You'll be responsible for setting up accommodations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the event.

Your role includes anticipating guest needs and efficiently handling requests to enrich their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure suites remain clean and orderly pre- and during events

• Communicate effectively with catering and operational teams

• Handle guest requests creatively and promptly

• Stock VIP suites with food and beverage as per menu

• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technology aptitude for POS systems

• Scheduling flexibility required

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
