As a key member of the UBC Food Services team, this role involves setting up venues and providing essential support for conferences. Your expertise will facilitate seamless food and beverage service while assisting conference organizers and attendees through various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and reset banquet tables with linens and tableware

• Load and deliver food, beverages, and supplies to venues

• Operate audio-visual and public address systems

• Maintain records of deliveries and equipment usage

• Assist guests with inquiries related to events

Requirements:

• High school graduation is required

• Valid BC driver's license needed

• Must lift up to 30 kg

• Strong communication skills are preferred
