As a Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant, you will deliver outstanding guest service while adhering to Fairmont Gold Standards.

Your role includes maintaining food inventories, setting up the honour bar, and organizing the pantry. Additionally, you will actively engage with guests, sharing insights about local attractions, dining, and events, while fostering strong guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional guest service in a welcoming environment

• Prepare and maintain food offerings for Fairmont Gold guests

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for food quality and selection

• Organize and order food and beverage inventory

• Provide information on Vancouver attractions and services

Requirements:

• Flexible availability for 2 to 5 shifts per week

• Previous food handling and guest service experience

• Completed Food Safe and Serving it Right Certificates

• Excellent English communication skills

• Knowledgeable about Vancouver's dining and attractions
