As the Duty Manager, you are essential to maintaining the luxury standards at either the Loden or Arden Hotel. This role involves leading a team, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring guest safety through meticulous oversight. You will also be expected to manage Night Audit tasks and maintain effective communications with all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service
• Lead and develop team members for optimal performance
• Manage guest relations and resolve concerns effectively
• Conduct Night Audit duties and ensure financial integrity
• Stay updated on hotel safety protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree is a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Computer proficiency and valid driver’s license required
