In this role at Fairmont Pacific Rim, you’ll manage guest check-in and check-out while making every interaction memorable. You are critical in promoting hotel facilities and creating personalized guest experiences. Your collaborative efforts with the Concierge and Housekeeping teams will lead to enhanced guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in guests with a smile
• Deliver personalized services tailored to individual needs
• Promote hotel facilities and up-sell services effectively
• Work closely with the Concierge and housekeeping for seamless operations
• Handle guest inquiries and settle accounts promptly
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in guest services or hotel front desk
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Flexibility for various working hours
