This full-time temporary position in Ground Operations requires a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service. You will directly impact the guest experience while coordinating smooth operations for the Roar & Soar product.

Your role will be vital in ensuring timely departures and satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort passengers to the staging area

• Provide clear and engaging tour briefings for guests

• Ensure smooth priority and group boarding procedures

• Support premium experiences for Roar & Soar guests

• Assist crew with boarding operations and turnarounds

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with guests

• Excellent communication skills, clear and adaptable

• Comfort working outdoors in all conditions

• A proactive attitude with attention to detail

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
