As a key player in our establishment, you will bring at least five years of experience in conference services and catering. Your strong leadership skills will be vital for developing and executing business and marketing plans. Focus on enhancing operations, meeting budget targets, and fostering client relationships to guarantee repeat business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategic action plans for department efficiency
• Prepare and manage departmental budget forecasts
• Actively seek new catering events and business opportunities
• Conduct daily briefings for the Event Sales & Services team
• Oversee execution of event contracts and manage client communication
Requirements:
• 5+ years in conference services or catering management
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• CMP designation is a strong asset
