Event Banquet Supervisor Position

In this supervisory role, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, working closely with various departments to uphold quality standards. As the event season approaches, you will lead a motivated team, ensuring service expectations are met and enhancing the overall guest experience through effective communication and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution and breakdown of banquet functions
• Collaborate with culinary and planning teams to ensure success
• Train and mentor banquet staff on service standards
• Manage guest seating and event flow effectively
• Conduct pre-event meetings for staff engagement
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Strong background in fast-paced food and beverage service
• Food Safe Level 1 certification beneficial
• Proficient in leading and motivating teams
• POS knowledge or experience with Profitek an asset
