As a Guest Experience Guide, you will play multiple roles, including Greeter, Flight Guide, and Photographer, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth transition through the attraction. You'll engage guests by anticipating their needs, providing accurate information, and maintaining Flyover’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and answer inquiries
• Manage cash transactions and ticket sales
• Organize guest queues and communicate wait times
• Assist guests onto the ride with care
• Ensure safety precautions are consistently followed
Requirements:
• Availability for flexible shifts including evenings
• Capacity to stand for extended periods outdoors
• Knowledge of Vancouver and the local area
• Experience in tourism or hospitality preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
