About the Program

The INSPIRE program spans from 12 to 18 months and is an elite, intensive, and hands‑on learning experience designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge to thrive as a leader within our organization.

As an INSPIRE candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to choose between:

(1) Across‑exposure structure, where you will be rotated between several departments across the property, then moving into a focus area of interest.

(2) Specialization to develop your expertise by gaining experience in departments with a specific focus.

The Experience You’ll Gain

Personalized Mentorship:
You will be paired with a senior leader in a designated department who will guide you through every stage of your journey, offering tailored advice, career development strategies, and property insights that will help you build a clear path to success.

Leadership

Skills:

You will learn how to turn moments into special memories for your guests and colleagues, gain firsthand experience leading teams, managing projects and making key decisions that drive success within your property.

Property Project:
You will be assigned a property project that allows you to showcase your creative and innovative ideas.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship:
We encourage you to challenge the status quo. You will have the opportunity to pitch innovative ideas to drive change and be the champion for innovation at your property.

Meaningful Relationships:
You will collaborate with your leaders, peers, and other INSPIRE candidates in your region to gain insight into different leadership styles and best practices.

Your Path to Leadership

By the end of the INSPIRE program, you will be fully equipped to take on new challenges with Accor Hotels. Many of our INSPIRE graduates are ready to step directly into supervisory and management positions, armed with skills, knowledge and confidence built during their INSPIRE program.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

Be a recent graduate, having completed a university degree or diploma within the last 12 months (preferably in Hospitality or Business, but all candidates are considered).

Minimum of 1‑year cumulative experience in hospitality (ideally within a hotel environment) or another customer‑service‑oriented setting.

Previous supervisory or lead position experience is an asset.
