In this hospitality-focused role, you will report to the Manager of Office Services & Facilities. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service while coordinating catering, conference services, and supporting high-profile client meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a professional ambassador for the firm
• Anticipate and address client needs promptly
• Support high-profile client meetings and events
• Maintain cleanliness of hospitality areas and equipment
• Process invoices and manage inventory levels
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality or catering environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and booking systems
• Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs
