About The Program
The INSPIRE program spans from 12 to 18 months, and is an elite, intensive, and hands‑on learning experience to help you develop the skills and knowledge to thrive as a leader within our organization.
As an INSPIRE candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to choose between:
A cross‑exposure structure, where you will be rotated between several departments across the property, then moving into a focus area of interest.
Specialization to develop your expertise by gaining experience in departments with a specific focus.
The Experience You’ll Gain
On your INSPIRE journey, you will have the opportunity to grow as a leader in a diverse and inclusive environment while taking on impactful projects and initiatives that align with Accor’s purpose, values, and beliefs.
Personalized Mentorship:
You will be paired with a senior leader in a designated department who will guide you through every stage of your journey, offering tailored advice, career development strategies, and property insights that will help you build a clear path to success.

Property Project:
You will be assigned a property project that allows you to showcase your creative and innovative ideas.

We encourage you to challenge the status quo. You will have the opportunity to pitch innovative ideas to drive change and be the champion for innovation at your property.
