Our INSPIRE Leadership Development Program is a full‑time paid opportunity, designed to provide recent graduates with a world‑class foundation in leadership through meaningful experiences, mentorship, and opportunity to work across multiple departments within Fairmont Pacific Rim and other Accor hotels globally.

The INSPIRE program spans from 12 to 18 months, and is an elite, intensive, and hands‑on learning experience to help you develop the skills and knowledge to thrive as a leader within our organization.
