Position: Vancouver Whitecaps FC VIP Guest Concierge
Become a vital part of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC team as a VIP Guest Concierge. Focus on delivering exceptional match-day service and hospitality to our Premium Members and elite clientele.

In this role, you will ensure timely and thoughtful service, welcoming guests, providing information about events, and anticipating their needs throughout their visit. You'll promote club initiatives in a professional environment while building lasting relationships with Premium Members. Your proactive support will leave guests with memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Premium Members and VIP guests warmly

• Serve as the primary contact on match days

• Address guest questions and concerns promptly

• Foster positive relationships with returning guests

• Collaborate with staff to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

• Background in guest services or hospitality

• Experience with VIP clientele is an asset

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage stressful situations calmly

• Must be at least 19 years old
