Key Responsibilities:
• Assist General Manager with operational oversight and strategy
• Ensure superior food and beverage service is consistently delivered
• Foster strong relationships with guests and staff
• Prepare documentation for events and manage large party bookings
• Conduct sales forecasting and financial reviews for sustainability
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Familiarity with hotel or B&B operations is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
• Must meet food safety certification standards
