Home Support​/Housekeeping Worker

• Perform a variety of homemaking activities:
  • General household cleaning including dusting, sweeping, and garbage disposal,
  • Overall upkeep / tidying of the house,
  • Vacuuming,
  • Laundry,
  • Ironing,
  • Dish washing,
  • Dusting,
  • Bed making,
  • Grocery shopping,
  • Windows cleaning,
  • Meal preparation, including cutting and cooking.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety of the environment to the workers and households.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints / requests with professionalism and patience.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Be aware of any company-related practices.

Qualifications:

• No criminal records.
• Must be honest, reliable, humble, kind and customer-oriented.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Willing to learn and keep improving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of performance and minimal supervision.
• Good at prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Second language is a plus.
• First Aid & CPR Certificates are a plus.
