Become a vital part of Hyatt Regency Vancouver as an Assistant Front Office Manager for this 18-month contract. Oversee guest services and front office operations, ensuring a remarkable stay for each visitor.
In this dynamic role, you will handle essential functions such as managing Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security, while being available for graveyard shifts. Leveraging your previous hotel experience and refined communication skills will facilitate seamless operations and guest interactions. Your proactive approach ensures responsiveness to both guest needs and emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front office and related services
• Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes
• Ensure safety and security during shifts
• Collaborate on financial reporting and project controls
• Provide comprehensive support to all hotel departments
Requirements:
• At least one year in a management role in hospitality
• Background in Front Office or relevant customer service
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front office software
• Able to work independently and make fast decisions
