Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with accurate hotel information and services

• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy

• Ensure a warm welcome and assist during check-in and check-out

• Maintain accurate guest records and manage cash handling

• Attend to lobby activities and coordinate with departments

Requirements:

• Hospitality or Tourism diploma preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
