At Hello Nori, we are seeking a Front of House Supervisor with 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience.

Your role will involve leading and supporting Servers and Hosts, coaching team members, and maintaining a smooth service environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests leave satisfied while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of servers and hosts

• Manage service flow, including shifts and schedules

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience every visit

• Train and develop team members in our standards

• Oversee cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality leadership

• Passionate about motivating teams toward excellence

• Guest-focused with a commitment to service

• Valid Smart Serve certification necessary

• Full-time availability for evenings and weekends
