The Front Office is looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Front Desk Host, you will be responsible for guest interactions, from check-in to addressing inquiries and promoting hotel amenities. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate smooth guest check-ins and registrations
• Provide information about hotel services and promotions
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
• Maintain communication with guests to address their needs
• Assist in upselling hotel features and services
Requirements:
• Customer service experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Previous cash handling experience
• Knowledge of Opera property management system is a plus
Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere at Hyatt Regency Vancouver through your customer service expertise.
