The Bell Attendant role is vital for the Guest Services team. You will communicate with both the Front Office and Valet to ensure seamless luggage transport and guest comfort. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures
• Transport luggage and personal items efficiently
• Maintain communication with Front Office and Valet
• Assist guests in understanding room features
• Provide local recommendations during casual conversations
Requirements:
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
• Valid BC Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus
• Ability to work with a diverse group of guests
