Elevate the guest experience in Vancouver with Canucks Sports & Entertainment as a Premium Hospitality Coordinator. Support event operations and enhance service in private clubs and suites.
As a Premium Hospitality Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Premium Hospitality while guiding the Top Prospect Intern. This role includes managing staffing, event post-tasks, and inventory oversight, all while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Premium Hospitality
• Guide the Premium Hospitality Top Prospect Intern in clerical tasks
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Complete post-event tasks, including sales reporting
• Participate in budget preparation and P&L management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and reservations software
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
