As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee various event areas and ensure seamless service delivery. With at least three years in a supervisory position, your expertise in food and beverage operations, along with strong leadership skills, will shine in this fast-paced environment. There’s no room for mediocrity here; you’ll be responsible for maintaining service standards and addressing any guest concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee event areas ensuring top customer service

• Enforce Sodexo Live! policies and procedures

• Monitor guests' alcohol levels for safety

• Document incidents and resolve any issues

• Manage and maintain inventory levels throughout events

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience

• Serving It Right certification completed

• Strong knowledge of F&B preparation and presentation

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions
