In this vital position reporting to the Manager, Office Services & Facilities, you will support high-profile client interactions through meticulous catering setups and service excellence. Your proactive approach will ensure that every detail is considered to facilitate seamless meetings and events. Availability for flexible hours is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all catering setups meet high standards
• Prepare boardrooms and hospitality areas for events
• Respond swiftly to changing meeting requirements
• Assist with event logistics and meeting support
• Maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, or catering environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
• Proficiency with relevant technologies and systems
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed
