Position: Guest Experience Front Desk Role
Join Dave & Buster's as a Front Desk Host and enhance guest experiences with your enthusiastic service. This role combines communication and hospitality to create a memorable first impression.

As a key member of the front desk team, you'll greet guests, assist with game rentals, and ensure dining satisfaction.

Your role will contribute to creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that aligns with the company's values. Requirements include effective communication and a desire to support a collaborative environment with fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial contact for guests entering the venue

• Manage game rentals and assist guests with their needs

• Keep the front desk area clean and well-stocked

• Facilitate table turnover and manage seating arrangements

• Address guest inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks

• Open to working weekends and evenings as needed

• Must be at least 16 years of age
