In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable experiences for our Premium Members and VIPs. As the primary contact in the Premium areas, you'll provide personalized service and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure. Passion for hospitality is essential for thriving in this fast-paced event atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Premium Members and VIP guests at arrival
• Act as the principal point of contact on match days
• Offer essential information and venue insights
• Proactively address guest inquiries and needs
• Build lasting relationships through attentive service
Requirements:
• Background in hospitality or event management
• Experience with VIP clientele is an asset
• Positive attitude with a collaborative spirit
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Must work evenings and weekends as scheduled
