As a Bell Attendant, you will play a vital role within the Guest Services team. This position includes assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring communication between the Front Office and Valet, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your background in customer service will lend itself to making guests feel welcome and informed about our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport guests' luggage to and from rooms

• Ensure clear communication with Front Office and Valet staff

• Familiarize guests with hotel amenities and features

• Engage guests with friendly, casual conversations

• Maintain an impeccable professional image while on duty

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule for varied shifts including holidays

• Clean BC Driver's License with recent abstract

• Refined verbal communication skills
