As the Concierge Team Leader, you will report to the Operations Management Team and play a pivotal role in on-site operations. The position focuses on training, assessing staff, and resolving complaints while maintaining service quality. You will also need to manage budgets, schedules, and time-keeping to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve resident and concierge team complaints

• Effectively respond to property management requests

• Train and supervise concierge teams on-site

• Ensure consistent scheduling to meet operational demands

• Collaborate with management for procedural development

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience as Head Concierge

• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent listening and situation management skills

• Superior communication, both in writing and speaking

• Experience in hospitality and proficiency in MS Office
