We’re looking for an experienced Floor Manager / Server who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, mentoring a team, and creating memorable guest experiences while remaining actively involved in service.
Working closely alongside the General Manager
, you’ll help lead nightly operations, uphold service standards, support and develop the front-of-house team, and play an integral role in delivering exceptional hospitality. This is an opportunity to be a key part of the restaurant’s leadership team while remaining immersed in day-to-day service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead nightly service while maintaining a calm, positive presence.
- Deliver warm, professional hospitality to every guest.
- Support and mentor servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Assist with reservations, guest relations, and resolving service issues.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and attention to detail are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with the General Manager and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Serve tables while contributing to the overall success of the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
- Previous leadership or management experience is considered a strong asset.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to remain composed and make confident decisions during busy service.
- Wine knowledge is an asset, with a desire to continue learning.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
