Parking Supervisor for Canucks Events

Take charge as a Parking Supervisor at Canucks Sports & Entertainment, ensuring excellent guest service during events at Rogers Arena. Shape memorable experiences while managing event staff and operations. In this part-time role within the Event Services team, you will supervise event staff and oversee parking operations for Canucks and Warriors games, as well as concerts. Your mission is to ensure guests receive top-notch service and that operations run smoothly.

By maximizing parking revenue and addressing guest concerns, you will play a key role in creating outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise event-time parking staff and operations
• Provide recommendations for enhancing parking revenue
• Manage VIP requests and ensure high service standards
• Deliver briefings to staff at the start of each shift
• Communicate guest issues and ensure proper documentation Requirements:
• At least 19 years of age
• Supervisory experience in hospitality/service

• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse interactions
