Reservations Agent at Luxury Hotel

Become a Reservations Agent at our luxury hotel, delivering exceptional service with every guest interaction. This role emphasizes telephone skills and maximizing room revenue through upselling.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to support our Reservations Manager. In this full-time position, you will provide exceptional telephone service to guests, explain room rates, and process reservations using the Opera system. Your sales abilities will directly contribute to maximizing hotel revenue while ensuring each caller receives personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service on all guest calls

• Explain room rates, facilities, and cancellation policies

• Enter reservation details into the Opera system accurately

• Manage guest requests and follow up within 24 hours

• Promote hotel services and maintain thorough communication

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in Reservations or Front Office preferred

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or Marketing

• Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Flexible availability for rotating shifts and weekends
