At Coast Hotels, we prioritize a culture of service and accountability. As a Bell Person, your duties will include luggage assistance and delivering excellent hospitality to our guests. You’ll work within the Front Desk Team, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with their luggage
• Efficiently store luggage for guest convenience
• Deliver breakfast newspapers and room service orders
• Help valet attendants with guest vehicle management
• Keep the lobby and Front Desk tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Ensure a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic cars
• Strong customer service skills and warm personality
• Sunday availability is essential
