Our premier hotel is looking for a motivated Bellperson who excels in delivering timely and efficient service to all guests. You'll be responsible for escorting guests, ensuring luggage is handled with care, and addressing any inquiries related to hotel amenities. A thorough understanding of hotel features is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and assist with luggage
• Provide information about hotel facilities
• Manage valet tickets and parking
• Keep bell stand and lobby areas organized
• Maintain log records of guest assistance
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar hospitality role
• High school diploma
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Strong physical capability for lifting tasks
• Must possess a valid Driver's license
