Reservations Agent Position

As a Reservations Agent, you will report directly to the Reservations Manager while providing excellent telephone service to hotel guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to inquiries

• Enter and confirm reservations in the Opera system

• Explain policies, services, and room availability clearly

• Handle guest requests and maintain follow-up actions

• Facilitate group reservations and coordination with sales teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office or Reservations

• Background in Hospitality Management or Marketing preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
