Become a key part of our luxury hotel team as a Bellperson, where you'll provide exceptional service by managing guest luggage and sharing hotel insights. Ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported during their stay.
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Bellperson to enhance the experience of our guests through attentive service. This role involves transporting luggage, greeting guests, and resolving any guest inquiries. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities and have a passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport luggage efficiently upon guest arrival/departure
• Provide accurate directions and hotel services information
• Assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval
• Engage with guests to build positive relationships
• Respond to guest requests and complaints swiftly
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a hospitality role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical capability to perform job-related tasks
