As part of our team, you will engage with guests through phone, email, and online platforms for the Level Hotels & Furnished Suites and Steveston Waterfront Hotel. With a focus on attention to detail, you will manage reservation specifics, provide information about amenities, and use upselling techniques to boost our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries efficiently across multiple communication platforms

• Input reservation details accurately into the property management system

• Share information on room rates and hotel offerings

• Upsell available room options to guests

• Process modification and cancellation requests for reservations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Customer service or hotel experience preferred

• Familiarity with systems like HMS and Syn Xis is advantageous

• Strong verbal and written communication in English

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
