Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare banquet facilities for successful events

• Clean and organize event service areas

• Stock replenishment and equipment maintenance

• Provide excellent customer engagement during events

• Work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is essential

• Certification in Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right

• Must be able to lift moderate weights

• Strong verbal communication abilities

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
